Departmental Improvement Initiatives- Suggestion

To encourage team work, it is important to have open lines of communication within the team.  Open dialogue within the team is imperative. Issues and ideas will be brought to the table perhaps by small, inter-reactive meetings between employees and management to discuss issues.

Dialogue between management in a small setting allows more open communication and a more relaxed atmosphere. It also makes the employee feel a sense of important to be involved directly with problem with his or her manager.
